Matt Sambrook

Matt graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, but his introduction to chiropractic began much earlier. He received his first adjustment at the age of 11, after his parents — having seen their own personal benefits from care — chose to support his health from a young age. His mum had experienced relief from neck pain and headaches, while his dad was helped with sciatica.

A former national-level swimmer, Matt trained alongside elite athletes, developing a strong understanding of performance, recovery, and resilience — qualities that now shape his clinical approach.

He views health as multifaceted, combining spinal care with a focus on sleep, nutrition, and movement to create lasting wellbeing. In 2024, he completed certification with the Academy of Chiropractic Nutrition, making him one of only a handful of chiropractors in the UK with this qualification.

After qualifying, Matt began practice in his hometown of Swindon before joining a high-performing clinic in Warwickshire. Today, through his own practice, he helps people from all walks of life regain control, find relief, and build strength — supporting them on their journey from A to Z.

Kelly
Chiropractic Assistant
& Receptionist

Kelly joined Haelan Chiropractic in May 2026 as our Chiropractic Assistant, bringing with her several years of experience in the hospitality industry. One of the things she has always enjoyed most is meeting new people and building genuine relationships, something she now brings to her role in the clinic every day.

As one of the first faces patients see when they walk through the door, Kelly is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment and helping people feel comfortable throughout their time with us. She enjoys getting to know our patients, supporting them on their health journey, and celebrating their progress along the way.

Outside of the clinic, Kelly loves spending time with her family, travelling to new countries, and experiencing different cultures through their local food and traditions. She also enjoys keeping active through regular gym training and horse riding.
